Travel Tips
Speak a Little Spanish
If you can speak any Spanish, give it a try — you’ll often get better service. But don’t worry if you don’t, all resort staff speak English.
Tipping Goes a Long Way
If you know you’ll be interacting with a specific staff member often, consider tipping them early on. They accept American bills. Tips don’t have to be big — anything is appreciated — but of course, tip according to the service they provide.
Booking Details
Round-trip ground transportation from the airport is available for purchase through the resort.
We do not have a room block reserved, so no space is being held at the hotel — we recommend booking early for the best selection.
